Craft Print International Ltd (the “Company” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) announced that the Company has granted an option to purchase (the “Option”) to Kenson Enterprise (Pte) Ltd (the “Purchaser”) in respect of the leasehold property located at 17 Joo Koon Road Singapore 628977 (the “Property”) at a cash consideration of S$3,680,000. It also announced that the Company has granted an option to purchase (the “Option”) to CT Vegetables & Fruits Pte Ltd (the “Purchaser”) in respect of the leasehold property located at 14 Joo Koon Circle Singapore 629045 (the “Property”) at a cash consideration of S$6,500,000. |

As recommended in Saturday Business Times ..... the potential is yet to discover, PE 15x....profitable company doing printings, economy good ,more companies willing to pay for better coloured printed brochures or booklets .... worth a look, Monday market opening likely to be weak, but no for penny stock like this baby......the volume is not much but any price increased can be felt.Gd Luck |
