Anyone read the Sunday Straitimes ? Ha, now the truth reason why the founder want to sell the business. I guess, he need to liquidate it in 6 months time within the time frame by the judge. My own point here, just fyi. Good Luck | ||||

Luckily escaped at 0.90 and 0.885. Should have escaped at 0.94. Hope can catch it back at 0.75. Swissco, Mermaid, Marco Polo, Ezion, Ezra, Penguin, Please plunge down so i can catch u all back cheap cheap!! |

I quoted this post after i bought Swissco at 0.65. The following Monday it dropped to 0.61. Nobody seems interested in this baby then. Someone even gave away for 0.605. When it rebounded slightly, it couldn't even break 0.63. Hahahahaha! Yesterday all short-term resistances broken and today MAGIC!!!! HUAT AR! I got 0.65 0.61 0.63. Still vested. HUAT!!!!!

This is from DBS Group Rsearch today. Swissco is a deeply undervalued stock. Its share price, even after the recent rally, is trading at 23% discount to its estimated breakup value of S$0.94. Offshore chartering business is profitable, with earnings growth anchored by steady fleet expansion. Maintain BUY, with target price of S$1.11 (Prev S$ 0.84). Swissco could be almost debt-free (vs. 0.2x net gearing as of end 1H09), assuming that it can sell the remaining 5.3% stake in Swiber Holdings at S$0.94, and taking into account the S$55m committed capex for new vessels inthe FY09-10 forecast periods. |
