This is a very strange stock that I do not capable to understand. One end is talking about the management cautious approach with the decline in revenue and performance dependent on the political stability. The management should be more focus on getting the business figures right. Any political stability will affect everyone or stock and not just this counter. Broker house give a hold or sell value at 0.33 well below the NTA value (around 0.50) after their quaterly reporting. P/E ratio is high if the price go up. Given the opportunity, the business should be meant for sale which give a good value. It showed that the management did not master the utilisation of the capital well. It is still a puzzle to know how brokage house recommend stock at value without viewing all perspectives but concentrate the only element of P/E. Any comments. |
