x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Attended the 30 April AGM at the hotel opposite Istana...Hotel will be torn down and made way for 2 new hotels on existing and neighbouring sites-Chairman assure investors dividend of 5% will be maintained for next 3 years even the new hotels scheduled for complation in 2015.With deposits of 159mil,comprising A$ 53mil and NZD 102mil and other currencies,I think the hotel can keep to its promise

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Vested in my CPF since 1996 at bout 40cts..and has been attending its AGM and EGM without fail.Its main jewel is situated next to Istana but mgt is reluctant to tear it down to redevelop as mgt niche is in budget hotel or 3/4 star hotel mgt.Its recent acquisition of little India site shows the mgt skill /expertise probably in 3/4 star  only..its dividends can also be exchange into share scripts and there is still S44 tax credits not used up yet and probably need to be utilised by end 2007.recently gave out bonus 1 for 20 shares was indeed miserable and laughed at during AGM-create history so miserable but at least pander to sh holders' demand since last AGM..with high hotel occupancy 86% and > hedge funds..expect H Grand Central to hit $2.00 If H Plaza at $2.28 as at 25Jul 2007...time for H Grand Central ($1.30) to catch up
