A leopard will not change its spots.   All these sayings do apply in the market.   How's your China Jinshan?  Still rarely traded, like many of the below 10 cents penny stocks.  Is there anything that could be done? We need change of mindset for those managing the listings of these companies and encourage more activities by them.   Then the market will become fully alive and everyone investing in SGX-ST would have a broad smile on their faces.   But hope only lah.   Lol.
