x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	" shares to keep for dividend  " Discounting captial appreciate, trade volume etc, perhaps you may want to lookup Telechoice, Starhub  or some ReITs shares e.g. AIMReiTs, Cambridge etc. To me .. Dividend Yield has to be consistency year to year.
