Hi all, SL is currently traded at attractive price of $7.32 A huge discount from a all time high of about $12. Good price to enter ?? Company's profit still intact as office rent are not coming down All comments welcome. |

wow.. that's why i love forum, now SPland in my radar list. I don't even know it was $7 last two weeks ... hitting 2 years back price, wow.. impressive.. got to read tonight what condo, properties they have... maybe ozone2002 can rougly tell me what big project they have on hands right now? cannot believe it was $12 stocks , it's sth like bukit sembawang drop to $7 ... agreed it is dirt cheap ! |

wake up to smell the roses.. 7.85... 10% gain on my capital in less than a week.. outrageous another factor to consider.. CEO of SPland loaded up on more SPland shares @ 7.15..reported in biz times.. don't tink its gonna go down anytime soon buster .. today there's a report on office space being flipped..making even more money on office rentals.. SPland profits to surge!..Look at SPland's TA ..beautiful...indicators all pointing upwards |

too bad no more $$$ to invest....today want to sell my other stock to q for this but my other stock droping :( eyeing on this since it's 8....may be after x'mas is good to go in again. |

last week up 30cents.. today up 24 cents.. wonder how does SP land get cheaper? TA wise, RSI, MACD, Stochastic and MFI all trending up..best time to buy.. Office rents goin up, Hotel bookings and rates going up, F1 comin next yr.. somemore below NAV..how to get cheaper..? |
