Please visit my blog http://kelongstocks.blogspot.com to download full report Executive Summary Midsouth should trade at a discount to the automotive comparables listed on the Hong Kong bourse, as Midsouthâ??s scale is smaller and its clientele list are made up of lesser known names. There is a strong possibility of closing the gap should Midsouth demonstrate its engineering capability and win a contract from a global tier auto part manufacturer in the future. Current valuation is cheap at 6.7x FY06 PE, cheaper than the most of the SGX auto plays. In view of the strong growth potential of Midsouth, I would put the fair value at 8.5x FY07 PE.
