The blocked sell Q was removed mkt was free to buy and sell at the unplugged px. Vol was relatively low though shows not much selling pressure. | ||||

we still get good dividend , at least more than 10 US cents one year per share.that is quite good!

Thanks for the advice. I am nw afraid of the liquidity of the shares as PTT already holding 65% of the shares. Most prob the amt will increase after the mandatory offer. IF there is no much volume floating in the market as PTT will be the major shareholder, will the price remains stagnant due to lack of demand and supply.

not sell and also not accept the offer! commidity stocks will rebounce a lot once QE3 come out and china gives more incentive. coal price will soar up. sakari may be more than 2$ if not delist by end of the year!

Averaging down of any stock is a sign of " mm kam guan" (not satisfied) with the market... Instead of admitting one's mistake, they " ngeh-ngeh" insist on being right, hence buy more and more. The right way is to get out of a bad situation the moment one realises one has made a mistake. But due to human ego, it is very, very difficult to admit a mistake, thus the inevitable result...

when a unknown coy wanna get huge amount of $$$ to expand, to service loan, to make owners fat fat they will get the coy listed. getting listed actually got many restrictions n guidelines to follow, not to mention having to pay fees to stay listed. when M& A happens, the buyer usually r cash rich so the reasons of staying listed are not important but the fees to pay n the restrictions become important, hence usually it will get delist.

Still yet to receive the document to ask us to sell at $1.90 per share. Quite slow huh....ha Looking at current situation, to get the Thai to give more money a bit hard ha. If got other competitor coming into picture to buy will be better...ha |

I can say 99.99% for a good company to be delist off.... 56% to 90% its still long way thru...once the offer expire this baby will get freedom, and not tie by just $1.88... Anyone can confirm when the offer expire?

I think whether you like it or not, nowadays most offers are successfully pushed through. Over the last couple of years, several of my counters were acquired and most if not all incurred some losses for me at the offer price given. I lost in C& O Pharm, Furama, Passion, Courts Sp and few others. Most of these were bought at higher prices before they fell. Subsequently when the prospects of good future arise, the predators (usually the directors themselves) would come and scoop the companies. I don't think there will be an exception for Sakari if they want to delist it after getting sufficient shares. |
