hopefully it will rally again tomorrow. Not only a takeover target. I am still waiting for the list of their subsidary. They want to benefit from tax credit. For a small company with more than $20 million cash on hand, not surprise other bigger company is eyeing for it... FYI, temesak, keppel corp, keppel offshore marine are all shareholders of this company..with at least 7% each.. patie |

galgal.. whether or not theres a take over, it doesn't matter.. penguin is still a good company to invest in.. look @ swissco now..it also started similar to penguin look wat it became.. |

looking at the vol of penguin for the last few days..definitely something is up edge reported that it is a take over target by YANTAI RAFFLES, shipyard in china. my broker said rumors bakertech is targeting penguin as a takeover target... definitely a takeover target... at least 42c target px.. better grab b4 too late.. |
