i think you can do that technically lah.. but the price of the stock will be skyhigh just before they ex-dividend the next day. and the next day, the stock price will drop. the gains you make in the dividends may be cancelled by the drop in capital gains. |

so if i bought one day before the dividend being given out then i'll be entitled to the dividend on the next day? |
