I represent an executive search firm specializing in the banking and finance sector in Singapore. At this point, we are urgently seeking for the following positions. Private Equity The client is a very large Asian securities firm. They are currently building up their PE presence in SEA and the base will be in Singapore. The senior management and support staff are currently in place and they are seeking mid level management talents(AVP) to join their team. In terms of the initial seed capital, the range is about USD 500 million. - At least 3 to 5 years of experience dealing with Private Equity Operations Processes Improvement The client is a large foreign bank and this position is within their Wealth Management division. They are open to talent with experience in Operations within other areas of Banking other than Private Banking. This is a new team so they are open to candidates with varying amounts of experience(AVP/VP). - Experience dealing with Operations and Process Improvement/Change Management/Process Innovation - Candidates with experience in Business Analysis or Project Management are also welcome Compliance, Private Banking The client is a large foreign bank and they are seeking candidates with prior experience with Compliance in a Private Banking department. The position is for a AVP level and budget is around 6 to 7k. Candidates MUST be familiar with KYC and AML procedures. Credit Documentation The client is a large foreign bank and they are seeking candidates for the position of Credit Documentation. It is for a Private Banking set-up but they are open to candidates with about 3 years of experience in Mortage or Loan Documentation.
