Unless there is a reversed takeover soon (RTO), MCE cannot survive long in its current business of metal stamping that is doing so badly. FY2011 is still Negative if you exclude one-off asset sales & include Fx conversion losses. Those vested from IPO (Dec-03) at 40c will know. No div since FY07 + rights issue (2006) + 2nd rights issue (2012) completely dilute initial capital.
