hi there, news update: SINGAPORE, April 8 (Reuters) - Genting International said on Tuesday it has chosen Low Keng Huat (Singapore) to build the city-state's first Hard Rock Hotel in a deal worth more than S$340 million ($246.6 million). The Hard Rock Hotel will be one of six hotels at the planned S$6 billion Resorts World at Sentosa casino-resort, which is expected to be completed by 2010. |

Low Keng Huat says it will renovate the Meritus Mandarin Hotel in Orchard Road in a deal worth S$146 million. It will add and change retail space and the podium there. More good news to come . |

With current sentiment and market condition, cannot relies on any analysis tools - all tools have failed. However, today BT highlighted that LKH is one of the Lowest PTB share - at least some positive indicator. For the time being , I would keep it as my long term investment. |

liverpool, sorry to disappoint you, i sustained quite a heavy loss from my contra trades during the recent heavy correction and was forced to liquidate part of my holdings (incl. LKH) to pay for them. I however believe in this counter and have been encouraging my friends who have the ability to hold to buy in at current good pricing. I myself will definitely buy in again once i get my accounts in order. This is a period when those who dont have enough cash on hand will suffer. I'm glad i've hedged my position with some puts on sti to soften the impact. Hope you are doing better than me. |

ryantka, are you still holding ? Me still vested . will wait for another day or two on the sideline . Definitely a good counter but under such market sentiment it will falls too. Hand in there , till the storm blown over. |

Its saddening to see good counters falling together with junk stocks, It parallels the fact that majority of Asian markets are falling with US market, (viz, good markets falling together with a sunsetting country) those with holding power should consider buying and holding now that prices are so good. |

Hi guys, yup i am still holding on to this counter as this is the only construction counter i see which is under-valued. i actually tried to stock up more when it dropped to 70+ cents but didn't get it, what a waste. |
