This minimum prices, after consolidated, eg say is set at 40c may not hold.
On convertible notes, players vested would wish usually may want to,...not to pay more to convert to share.
Only when conversion is completed, prices may again push up, sort of pump up to their TP price they like to sell.
Just sharing my thot.

I am talking about the convertible notes.  I have no idea what you are saying.  Your statement " A minimum price threshold may never be implemented. "   |

Cannot understand why anyone would want to issue this form of " death spiral convertible bond" ........ To make sure that the death spiral CB has room to operate, the board propose to consolidate the share 10 to 1.  This really sucks.............. |

I am talking about the convertible notes.  I have no idea what you are saying.  Your statement " A minimum price threshold may never be implemented. "   does not make any sense.
" Initially on going, may fell for feel good factor and so on....trade with care."   ????  what does that mean???  Are you talking in codes or some secret message?

Google it fast.  Of course, you can wait and feel the full impact once the note holder convert their first tranche of $200,000 into shares and sell them in the market.  And if the first tranche does not collapse the share price, wait for the second tranche of $200,000 and the third, fourth, fifth and so on.
Maybe someone can knock some sense into the board of directors and get them to cancel this note issue immediately.  I am sure if they are ready for such market valuation destruction, they can find a better form of financing. |

It players playing against each other, long? / shot?,  vested?, those on contra. DayTraders and so on...even on after consolidated to new price, say is 0.40 cents, players may still pump, speculate, dumping is oso  highly likely. More or less more volatile play.
Whether it with grain or  a pin of salt. One has to weight the option and prepare for all possibilities.
On sharing my trading experience and thot.

This counter is going to be the next digiland. Master of all pennies. 0.001 only.    Consolidation is an excuse to allow the value of the shares to drop even further only.

Impact of stk Consolidations, often occur as a means of elevating the value of lowly priced stocks.
This action allows existing shares in issue to be cancelled and replaced by a smaller number of shares, each with higher shares value. (to consolidations for eg to 0.40cents range mkt).
Consolidations, is to play their effective role, in elevating share prices, into a smaller number of shares on par values (similar to the old shares).
A key motivation is to allow companies to issue new equity, considerably easier when share prices are at higher values.
Note - Market re-value for shares whose consolidation value don't mean much to players.
Certain consequently, results may not translate that well to stocks.
Results may differ after consolidation at higher levels in the 'penny' range.
Market player's may pump and dump after new price set in,
A minimum price threshold may never be implemented.
