Yes IR would probably be a success, but it do not justify such a high price for this counter as it had rocketed up by pure speculation. Still there are many pitiful newcomers who like to try this mine field. And for those would bought it at 30c just hope more "sheeps" could buy so they can unload...(sorry if I pua kang tao). Just my opinion. |

Many of us had under estimate casino business, it do not depend on raw material and oil, it operate 7 x 24 on a fixed rental and the money make per day is huge. Most of the casino also make money from exchange rate on top of it daily business. |

澳門博弈熱 亞洲最驚豔的城市 2004年5月，美國第一大博弈集團的「金沙娛樂場」開幕，將美國拉斯維加斯的豪華賭場模式引進澳門，不但終結澳門賭王何鴻燊壟斷40年的賭博業，也帶動全球博弈產業「錢進澳門」，時代雜誌驚嘆這是「亞洲最驚豔的城市！」 澳門才開放了3張賭場牌照，結果3年之內，GDP成長了2倍、就業率提高了6成、澳門房地產價格飛漲5倍，澳門只有27.5平方公里，卻可以創造107億美元的總產值，以及每年28％世界少見的高經濟成長率(是中國9％成長率的3倍)。 包括原來「賭王」何鴻燊自己名下公司的股票也是大熱門，他的新濠國際５個月以來股價已經翻了７倍，連沒沒無聞的香港上市公司創博數碼，宣布可能買下澳門一項飯店賭場計劃的持股之後，股價一天之內大漲542％。 根據德意志銀行賭博業分析師馬克法爾康(Mark Fell)預言，澳門博弈業可能在2010年之前超越整個內華達州，成為世界最大的賭博市場。因此除了第一名的金沙，名列美國第二及第三大博彩業的哈拉斯娛樂公司(Harrah`s Entertainment Inc)及MGM Mirage公司，也宣布到澳門及亞洲其他地區發展博弈業。 而MGM和哈拉斯跟進的如此快速，主要還是看到了金沙集團投資了2億6500萬美元，竟然在短短5個月內就馬上回收！ 根據全球分析機構(Globayasis)的博弈業分析員卡拉維滋(Jonathan Galaviz)計算，金沙賭場平均每天賭客在金沙賭場的花費總額為137萬美元，等於是一天進帳5000萬台幣，一年賺上一個資本額沒有問題，「這樣的投資回報，從未在其他博彩業務中發生過。」卡拉維滋說。 澳門的賭場發展為何能如此強勁？一般分析師認為，主要是依靠中國大陸的龐大市場需求。 一名受訪的澳門旅遊研究院研究員指出，到訪澳門的中國大陸遊客在可以預見的將來，每年增幅達到50％，這是澳門賭博業者會對前景如此樂觀的最大依據。博弈業讓資金重新更快的流動，也讓小小的澳門寸土寸金，主要的原因，其實是今天的博弈業已非過去的單純賭場了！ 第一個不同，是跨國的經營管理。 要賺全球賭客的錢，從開放的政策、基礎設施到服務水準，都要同時跟進國際水準。像「金沙娛樂場」擁有1.53萬平方公尺的賭博大堂，20米高的天花板上，垂下一座50噸的樹型吊燈，氣派非凡，每天湧進上萬的賭客流連，使金沙的賭桌由原來的438台增至740台，老虎機則由原先的921部增至1000多部，以賭桌數量計算，「金沙娛樂場」已躍升為全球最大的博弈場。 第二個不同，是和娛樂緊密結合。 隨著美國賭城拉斯維加斯豪華式賭場「金沙」的進駐澳門，澳門的賭博業務已經出現了巨大的變化，不僅競爭加劇，同時強調「娛樂高於賭博」的賭場經營方式，包括結合表演、旅遊、購物等活動，也將成為未來澳門賭場的發展模式。據估計，到2009年，澳門至少還有30個類似「金沙」的賭場成立，預計可為澳門每年賺取超過50億美元的收入。 第三個不同，是商業活動緊密的一環。 誠如台灣科技首富郭台銘所言，商場常需要「逢場作戲」以「娛樂」顧客，而現今博弈業既然定位成娛樂業，對前來參加開會的客戶及員工，都極有吸引力，這種將「商業與娛樂業」結合的模式，讓過去連嚼口香糖都違法的新加坡政府，也不得不低頭宣布開賭。 新加坡的「國父」李光耀自言因父親好賭，為賭變賣家產，因此他治國嚴禁賭博，但面對國際競爭，新加坡政府的危機意識，讓它作出重大決策轉變。就連日本、泰國政府也積極考慮開放賭場，希望藉此刺激經濟，回頭看看台灣，由經建會副主委曾透露的訊息「將在全國低收入的4個縣設賭場，以及開放賽車、賽馬、體育彩券」，似乎未來南台灣可能成為另一種ROC：Republic of Casino！ |

Fundamentally a bad counter. 1) Company have high liabilities 2) Lack of honesty to shareholder 3) huge amount losses reported by sister company star cruise 4) It is questionable how gentine got the ir project instead of bigger and more well established casino operated 5) No one can guarantee that the ir will be a success |

Or you want to buy low now 94c and sell high at 94.5c. But u must be a highly skilled trader if not u have to end up selling lower at 93.5c!! This is a very good counter for a 0.5% profit to earn chicken backside $$$. |
