(b) approval be and is hereby given for the allotment and issue of up to 1,200,000,000 Conversion Shares upon the conversion of all the Capital Securities at the initial Conversion Price. Subject to the terms of the Conditions, whereby such Conversion Shares shall rank pari passu in all respects with the then existing shares of the Coy except that such Conversion Shares shall not be entitled to any dividends, rights, allotments or other distributions, the Record Date of which is before the date of issuance of the Conversion Shares, and will be admitted to listing on the Catalist.

For every new project Ezion clinch, YHM may benefit from it. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	the EGM on 25th is just a routine paperwork thing. Wanna take a $30m loan but need EGM to approve. However, they (YHM/Ezion) doesn't need us retailers to vote and they (SSH) still have sufficient votes to push the loan thru and they know why they need that loan for.  I can smell the start of the fresh rally is near. Very soon we will start to see some action. YHM has gone thru a consolidation phase. It's time for some action. Hold on real tight once the first contract is announced. There will be more contracts to come and more share dilution (to raise more capital) to come. Worry not about the share dilution. Company value will go up faster than the dilution. The Ezion boss doesn't sit in as YHM new Non-Executive Chairman don't sit in YHM board as a nobody. His links and strings in the industry will create shareholder value thru his wide contacts and deals clinched for YHM. Take a look at Ezion chart since 2009 April. I see some striking similarities of that chart to YHM's.
