reasons for the delay in the approval of junkets?

x 0 x 0 Alert Admin	Hi all Anyone know why Casino Regulatory Authority (CRA) is taking such a long time to approve junkets in Sg? I understand that SG is afraid of all the problems associated with junkets but could there be other reasons? For example, Will Singapore offend China if junket is approved? because majority of these VIP are from China, and by encouraging junket operation, it is effectively drawing money out from China. Singapore benefit at China's expense. Could this be the reason why license is delayed?
