Midas soared to 1 dollar is due to dual listing at Hong Kong to come back to this price would need a very bullish in STI market.

Very good and sound advice. Some will take note of it. Some don't. Real situation... I bought Yangzijiang at S$1.88, It dropped to S$1.63. I sold off. Today it is at S$1.235. If I had held on to it until today and do not cut loss I would have lost S$0.645 more per share. I cut loss at S$0.63 I lost S$0.25 per share. I reduced my damage by S$0.395 per share if I had held on until today. My initial loss was S$12,500. If I had held on until today my loss would be S$12,500 + S$19,750. Given the current market volatility, no point holding long term even if you are a long term investor and not a trader. There are a lot of masters here that are willing to give good advice, it is up to us to take it. Our purpose is always to make money. In times of uncertainty park it elsewhere. |

as a trader, we cut loss is to minimize future damage and keeping our money well for coming trades and fight to win back the money. Always understand what's ur stop loss.... i always mention... Winning has no ceiling, but losing, we have the limit and that is the money in our bank.

cos i did my research on midas and its a good stock to invest in..so im looking at the long term gains of this stock..i will buy in to average out..but still would want to keep midas..but anyway..i dont need those money that i use for investment..so just keep in stocks lor..see what happens.. |

How come you so funny one? Already know the price is going to fall further, die, die still want to hold. Why not sell now and Buy back later at lower price? $1.00!!! My goodness. Do you know that once MIDAS breaks the $0.60 support, it's going to fall all the way to $0.420? What happen if MIDAS don't recover to $1.00 again? Never assume that because MIDAS has reach $1.00 before, it would reach $1.00 again. Anyway, it's your money, you decide what you want to do with them. |

Don't worry too much. let the mkt dictates what will be the next move. I think the Company directors will start to buy up when it is approaching 60 cents. This counter will be announcing 2nd qtr result soon. Think should be good + CD... More contracts is coming soon...

Midas formed a bearish rising wedge after testing new low at 60 cents on 20/06/2011 , unfortunately it gapped down breaking the formation on 12/07/2011 . It could only rebound to fill this gap if there is a rebounce . The further downside target would be 54.5 cents if it penetrates 60 cents 's support .

one has to stand outside the box and see those analysts, they were paid monthly and they have to dig something to write. They saw a nos. of cows on the lawn and see the accounting report and just analysts/calculate from there. Were the cows good one. First, they are not expert to tell, second, they don't have right to do indepth questioning about the accounts. ..........eg. the milk(melt) counter. | ||||
