x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Over last 2 months, they moved " less decisively" ...now,  EU leaders moved " more decisively" to control debt crisis .....hahaha... isn't it the same as like stock investing or betting.....LOL...  NEW YORK (AP) -- European leaders moved more decisively Wednesday to control the region's debt crisis, and sent stocks sharply higher. The Dow Jones industrial average gained 102 points and closed at its highest level since late August.
