Malay portion is impossible to be dire low at 10%. They are prolific producers probably due to Tongkat Ali (better than Ginseng) I am optimistic the Malay portion will be 50%. It will be time to rename Singapore to Malapore when this ratio is reached. Also, Malapore will merge back into Malaysia for greater economic growth.

it will be very interesting if 20% chinese (singapore/china/taiwan/ hong kong), 20% ang mo (west europe, east europe, america, australia),10% malay, 10% indian, 10% jap/korean, 10% south east asian, 10% african, 10% south american... at least I don't see 1 or 2 dominant immigrant |

If Singapore popluation hit 15 mils, i think our governemnt will knock down all hdb and stack up all containers then start selling...... Frankly speaking, i dont feel i am proud to be a singaporean (even in my own country) anymore. Bringing in FT to mate is not the solution in long term as slowly our this small island will lose their core. Our government is seeking yet again an easy way out!!!!!!!!!!

Original Singaporean will all be out once Singapore population reach 10 million. Even now, I don't feel the Singapore identity as when I borad the train, I notice 60% are foreigners. When I am in Little India, I felt I am in India and in Geylang like in China | ||||

May in 50 years time we have 15 millions .... Sg gorverment no2w headache with chinese low birth rate and got no choice have to import from China or Msia... maybe another 50 years also Sg will become little PRC. |

Buy...of course. I believe the demand is still high...as the door to the immigrants are still open...our government has to step in to prevent further acceleration of the housing price to make it more realistic for the foreigners to buy...imagine if the houses in Australia is selling at least A$1 million...who can actually afford to stay there...and who will want to migrate over to a country where there is no shelter over their heads. Just for sharing...... |

Dun think will have much impact on organization level...they are targeting the speculators not the developers....anyway, how "near" we also donno... but a wrong move will cost dearly to PAP's election mood this round taking into considration many had dumped in their life saving to buy a flat in the recent years due to the fast surge in price that was due to their policies to cater for their so called FT.....Mr Mah have to sleep on 3 levels of pillow now.... | ||||
