When u c sunny day, u wash ur car... Aft u hv washed ur car & e nxt day'll start 2 rain. When Newspaper / Bank said a Counter'll drop / worth lower price. U hurry sell. Aft u sold, e nxt / few day(s) it'll climb. So, u need 2 do another way... When u saw raining, u wash ur car, cos e nxt day wun rain again. When Newspaper / Bank said a Counter'll drop / worth lower price. U dun sell / u can start 2 accumulate @ lower price. By honestly, I'm still waiting Newspaper / Bank recommend sm of my present Counters can buy. Cos I'm waiting 2 sell... ('',)

I will strongly suggest CMA investor to switch to CapitaComm CAPITACOMMERCIAL TRUST, which is safer and more potential to swing higher. I have some write out about CCT , feel free to comment. | ||||
