NAV near $1.49-$1.50....at current price near $1 now still at more than 30-40% discount not forgetting that any revaluation will push the NAV up....if Singapore GDP recovery is to be counted, i will see it having 50% discount from full value now...but most importantly, it has a good brandname with sponsor Keppel....good luck :) | ||||||

I think it is because it has wide exposure to the office rental market. In our current economic condition, office rentals are under pressure and are expected to be soft. As such there will be little growth in Kreit's distributable income.

I am wondering why K-Reit is out of the discussions when people talk about SREITs. Is it that this counter shows no potential? But it is keeping up quite well, I don't see any problem with its refinancing and this is literally owned by Temasek Holdings. Comments anyone? |
