as long as no market crashes.. one should look at individual company performance...indices fluctuations will enable you to accumulate or book some profits from now...every company has different recovery story , growth potential or growth path... | ||||

I dun think anyone here wants to know the answer. I can't even see my chart at the end of this "correction". Whatever it is, the musical chair has most probably being pulled away. Hope no one has a sore bottom!

Then the Dow tanked 2.5% the next day (after it jumped 2% the previous day)... Thus, never be euphoric... or, for that matter, depressed ... In short, never celebrate yor wins, and never despair at your losses... It is all part of the stock market game... If one loses big, one has only oneself to blame!... not the market...

You are in fact averaging down... That's perfectly okay for you, simply because you have the means to do it... and it should work out for you in the long term. But it would be different for say the many with lesser resources, who were attracted to buy in (and then average up when) during buller times. They would be out of cash to buy more if the market tanks more (which it must at any stage, it is matter of how low). All said, as long as you have the resources to play the game, you will win out in the end... the game is all about time-frame...  |

I'm prepared for the worse - but hope for the best. It is always a hard decision - as i have been through it. I bought shares in stages.. eg. got another 1 mil of asiatic from 4.5 cents to 7.5 cents since Mar 09 - and I'm looking at multi-fold gains and not a few cents... having said that, i also booked profit for Asiatic along the way and use it to buy more shares.. cheers!!

For people who had been following my tread . Dow is now on the support point . If the futures for Dow on monday is positive . Its a chance to Buy in as i guess there will be some selling on monday for STI which u can buy low . It may rebound on monday and there may be Bull n Bear fighting again . But if the Dow continue to go down below 9700 . Its good u learn how to cut lost early . The next support pt for DOw is around 9300 . BE WISE !!! . | ||||
