The meaning of dilution in equities as given in a dictionary :
A decrease in the equity position of a share of stock because of the issuance of additional shares. To dual list and get accepted into an exchange when a company is already listed somewhere does not necessarily entails additional issuance of shares. This is because dual listing is not an IPO and unless it is an IPO, then it will send out invitations to the public to subscribe the additional shares. I cannot find any articles or news to state that Midas is giving out additional shares in order to dual list. Where did you find the information? The forumers esp the newbies should be correctly made knowledgeable in the issue, else .... Previously vested, currently not yet.

im not sure how many extra share are listed.. but, when the company listed in HK, means they will issue new share in HK. and in that case, midas share in total will be more,and dilution will be there.. im pretty sure dilution is exist, but not sure how diluted... any CFA here wants to share ?

share will be diluted when you are listed in other countries, it;s because there are more shares in the market... it's just like when the company issue the rights...
when the price goes up before the listing, it's because the price is adjusted from singapore market to hongkong market.. in other word, singapore market midas is priced low, so, it will adjust to match the price in hongkong market.

let me conclude here... when the stock goes down, some ppl will post in this forum that say "See, i have told you to exit, you didnt hear me".
But, the price goes up, they haha hihi and entered again... pretend that they didnt post anything pertaining to exit Midas.. i have seeen richtan post since early august regarding Midas and when the price touched low to 0.82, richtan always stay faithful to this Midas coz he has confidence in the chart that he draw almost daily...
please dont be naif for those who asked to exit the midas last week.. just admit it that you made mistake.. who on earth never make mistake in stock market ? even warren buffet made mistake last year.... my personal view, if you want to ask ppl to exit share or not, pls post a supporting documents/graph so that everyone will learn sth... this forum got many neewbies like me to learn..

U are asking the very obvious, of course I m vested since long time ago, trading in n out whenever there is an opportunity to take short-term profits, timing my entry n exit based on my interpretation of the chart for reversal sign, bearing in mind tat "the trend is your friend" n the FA, look at all my past chart posting.
