If you believe the worst is over like I do, you not going to see the price drop below $2 anymore. Unless the swine flu worsens. However take note that this time the flu is not originating from Asia, so Asian properties are not going to be hit as badly as during the SARS period.

(drastic it may seem, read some earlier treads, we have been warned)....

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Not to worry, cash flow -3%, after right issue should have positive cash of more than $1b to buy over cheap cheap properties in China & Vietnam.I have bought this counter in every reccesion , from DBS land until today, now call Capital land after merging with Pidemco land.Everytime regretted selling too early with 30% profit.After that it always cheong to more than 100%. This time, I will hold it long, maybe until it reach my target of 300%, no bull shit - experience  & history tells the true.
