I don't think u have any problem to sell your share on yesterday however it's always a good practice to check your CDP account status before selling.

For those who end up with odd lot of 500 shares and you are not happy to hold odd lot, you might want to trade ( buy 500 more or sell off your 500). the counters are now listed as Capitaland 500 ( HI6)

the 'new mother shares' convert from the Rights shares have already been credited in CDP account. you may just login to CDP to check , once you see your CDP have the shares you can sell |

I heard that the excess rights can be traded on Monday (23rd Mar), does that normally means that the price will dip? A friend told me that the price had already been adjusted from $2.8+ to the current $2.03, so price on this coming Monday shouldn't be affected by that. How true is that? |

capitaland share Ex-rights is on 19 Feb. You bought on 6 March , is EX-rights, or EXCLUDE Rights. Therefore you were not entitled for the Rights . Thus your application was rejected by CDP and capitaland

Hi, Bro. I have bought 1,000 share on 06 March 2009, am I entitle for the right 500 shares ? I apply the right and excess right on 12 March 2009 for 500 share each . Just curous why rejected especially the right. Your advise again is appreciated. Is good to know the reason behind. Thank

Chua_01. 1. Are you 'entitled shareholder'? if yes, you CDP statement will show with Capitaland_R. 2. if you are NOT entitled shareholder before company share traded Ex-rights, then, do you buy rights during the rights trading period? |

Most improtantly, firstly u alrdy know why coy issue R, secondly u must also roughly gauge or know that why u get d extra R easily? Means, not all institutions n retailers were opted for d R. What is(r) d rational behind? Kepland had delayed its Madison Residence prj, under KSH. Though ds change would not affect its coming 1st Q balance sheet, announcing end Apr or Mid May. On d other hand, daily traded over 10 over k, seems like many investor responded +ve on ds stock owing thought of good ppty's future ahead. It had been pushed up fr 1.86, without any strong reviving in ppty market. As people seeing ppty, at this moment, can't do wonders. D investors know what they can do liao.
