Do you know.... I short and I cover, profit already in my banks and it is REAL...but you... long and should not be selling right since you long term investor... so profit is not real... lol...

I am just waiting for ring sound to action again.... lol...

It is all depend on China and Singapore government on how they  handle.... A mistake can be turn out to be a crisis... An Stagflation will be dome too.... I do not want to instigate any selling or buying... Just want those long term investor to have a thought on it before they buy or sell.... lol

Sometime, we just need to use common sense to  invest especially for those long term investor.... What goes up need to come down..... Property cycle is long....  A measure is to reduce the impact of fall and not to prevent the fall...  A fall is a must... or else a crash is unavoidable... Long term run... there is a possibilty to  see $2 CPL....And that may signal bottom... Enjoy....
