Prudential Asset Management takes a 5.69% stake in Adampak
Singapore, 15 June 2007 ? Adampak Limited, (?Adampak? or the ?Group?), a manufacturer
of high-performance labels, radio frequency identification (?RFID?) tags, seals and other
precision die-cut components, has announced that Prudential Asset Management
(?Prudential?) has purchased 15 million shares at the price of S$0.435 per share from the
Group?s Executive Director, Mr. Anthony Tay. Following the purchase, Prudential Asset
Management is now a substantial shareholder of Adampak
.
?We are happy to welcome Prudential as an institutional investor in Adampak. This
will raise our corporate profile and strengthen our shareholding base. All the 15
million shares on offer were taken up by Prudential as a show of confidence in
Adampak?

Adampak has also built up an extensive customer base that includes many multi-national corporations in the forefront of technology development and innovation. This, together with the arsenal of skill sets and capabilities acquired over years of operations, has enabled Adampak to expand its product offerings to include labels incorporating special features and precision die-cut components.

Today, Adampak?s advanced label product offerings include RFID (?Radio-Frequency Identification?) tags for tracking and control purposes and security labels for the purpose of counterfeit detection. In addition, its precision die-cut component offerings include adhesive free zone seals, dampers, insulators and bonding tapes produced in Class 100 Cleanroom.

3 July 2007ALINTA UPDATE: SCHEME DOCUMENTS NOW REGISTERED WITH ASIC

? The Federal Court has convened the Scheme meetings relating to the Babcock & Brown / Singapore Power Consortium Proposal to acquire Alinta

? The Scheme Documents have now been registered with ASIC

? Proposal is unanimously recommended by the Alinta Board1

? BBI component of the offer consideration is $2.92 per Alinta share or $2.566 billion2 (Enterprise Value) pre transaction costs and provisions

? BBI will become a significant non-government owner of gas transmission in Western Australia and Tasmania?

The five Alinta businesses being acquired by BBI will be value accretive to BBI and represent a unique opportunity to further expand BBI?s Australian energy transmission and distribution footprint

? Post completion, BBI?s market capitalisation will be approximately $3.8bn, elevating BBI to approximately the 76th largest company in the ASX All Ordinaries Index and will provide increased liquidity in BBI securities3

? BBI reaffirms distribution guidance of 15 cents per security for FY08 and 16 cents per security for FY09

The decision of Springleaf Tower lawsuit is expected for favour for Yongnam on 9 Jul 07, write back of $10m~12m.  +  if the office space sold, est gains $5m~6m . From the two factors(total of $15m~18m), my est would be TP$1.24
