Ocean Sky Int" l Ltd announced that the Co has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement dated Oct 29, 2012 with Mr Ang Boon Cheow Edward, Mr Ang Boon Chong and Mr Wong Siew Hui (collectively, the Vendors), pursuant to which the Company has agreed to acquire 30% of the issued share capital of Ang Tong Seng Brothers Enterprises Pte. Ltd. (ATS) from the Vendors for an aggregate cash consideration of S$3,053,255 (the Acquisition).

ATS is a civil engineering and construction company which operates primarily in S'pore. Established in 1981, ATS has a track record of more than 30 years in the provision of engineering services such as earthwork, roadwork, drainage work, basement work and structural works involving demolition and underground infrastructure as well as other general building works.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the Company has agreed to purchase and the Vendors have agreed to sell a total of 450,000 shares of ATS (the Sale Shares), representing 30% of its issued share capital, free from encumbrances and together with all rights, dividends, benefits and entitlements attaching thereto, for an aggregate cash consideration of SGD3,053,255 (the Consideration), representing a purchase price of approximately SGD6.785 per Sale Share.

Same thinking apply on YHM, back about in Feb/March. Players were oso thinking this Ezion took over YHM for what??. somemore YHM is on the brink.

Anything less then 5% share (buy/sell or hold) will not be reported in SGX-ST (non SSH), still if BBs play, if they do. We won't know.

U mentioned - retreat back (think so) to 0.03xx/0.03xx? then sideline for awhile

before shooting up again??? (unless BBs buy again...:)

Edward Lee collected a cool of about $3 million in cash (+ -).

He made several major purchased in Feb 2013, average it out at less then 2c. So he is pocketing about estimate $1.5mil (RM$3.75mil)

Don think is taking over from Ezion. Ezion is very much in control, the biggest share owner of YHM.
Matter for BBs to negotiate how much YHM is value, likely on a gave n take. A win win for players.

DOW down almost 200 pt. HangSeng closed. STI directionless. It touch n go, can go up n oso can come down very fast....see Japan. Most likely pennies will rule n play - speculative n volatile. Afternoon play may oso look to Euro for a leaf n is likely follow DOW style with perhaps German election taking, it mkt may turn abit +ve.
