I am in europe now.  Sent by Bro Beng as a ninja to kick some CE panel ass for taking so long.  SmileySmiley Read the annoucement carefully.  It says "Biosensors will issue a further announcement and press release once it receives the official approval."

They better give the official approval quickly, so this ninja can come home.Smiley

gbleng, m not a lawyer.. so dun noe whether BIG will b prosecuted. but my understanding was previously BIG was reprimanded or highlighted tat they should not withhold any info should they noe. Thus, their action yesterday is just fulfiling SGX requirement.

On de same note, HLH (or HLN) Tech, which didn't disclose a third party interest in TKO had an unusual volume traded and being questioned by SGX.

x 0 		I don't know how some people, like "almosthere" can still doubt that the CE is really coming this Jan.  If this has no basis then BIG mgt will be taken to task for stock price manipulation by sgx.  Can you imagine a company making all kinds of statement to prop up there share price???  This is illegal liable to be prosecuted...

Hi dcang84... i really dun noe wat u really wan from BIG.. if today's climb is still doesn't please u.. dun worry too much. de next financial release will further boost it.

Hang on... next yr onwards.. one after another.. u will c it unlease its potential. u may chose not to believe, do you own research.

Dun follow blindly.. do wat cashiertan always do. I really lift my hat off to tis person.

Its a sensitive topic now. It will be a good corporate move and will unlock a lot of hidden value in BIG. Its right under our nose, just that people don't know the true worth. Just like not many people truly know the real value of this very powerful patent BIG has: "all limus drugs on biodegredable polymer". This patent is actually worth hundreds of millions and a big help in negotiating deals.

was sick today thus didnt managed to add more lots when it broke 0.74 as mentioned yesterday. shame that i couldnt win more with this bio-baby.

however i just wanna share that i believe BIG should climb more when the official news from EU confirmed the award of patent, if i am not wrong. BIG just said they expect and not confirmed. i am sure when it is confirmed or as it get closer to confirm date, the px should contd to climb.. thus dun sell too early till BIG tell u to sell.

x 0 		This announcement is the most definitive big has made with regard to the CE approval.  For the first time are they saying that they are Likely to be getting the approval AND the time frame! Read their previous disclosures, they were never this definitive....  It will be very irresponsible of BIG if this announcement has no basis... I think they will have lots to answer if this does not happen in Jan 2008.

The announcement is nothing more than a tantalizing striptease. They are peeling one layer at a time until they reach the stent.Knn, I thot it was going to be some BIG news!
