Majority of traders use traditional chart analysis with chart patterns and candlestick and trend analysis.
On the other hand some use the modern tech analysis like Elliott wave, VSA, Crystal ball (lol), etc.
There is nothing wrong with all these techniques because they are not perfect by themselves.
The best TA is the one that works for you.

Ipunter is smart never really give out his advice but his English is pretty good.
Isolator chanting dow jone 14000 everyday and never give a timeframe. So don't quote him in 5 years Dow jone really hit 14000 as god.
Junwei just an vessel ignore him is the best.
Bintang is a very good trader his TA is the best in this forum...
Too much to write and comments .... But really pls do ur own research before u jump in when u see any trading idea around in this forum..... Especially BUY calls .....
Market is not good at the moment .... Many company will have a bad 2nd qtr 2012 but is it the worst ? It will depends on Europe policy.....
Be smart and be wise ..... Stock market is truly a place to make money but u got to know how :) huat ah ..... |

Towkay, just now so busy reshuffling my trade on Dow after my last stop at 12750 has also been triggle..... First time flush out all my long.... Lucky it go down further..... for me to reenter at lower price..... Final average long on dow is 12655..... Now tired already.... Let it run while I have a good sleep... gd night Towkay...... zzzzz

Anyway I will long until DOW 12555..... From now to this point, it must rebound... And it should rebound.... If not I will cut loss.... prepare to lose another 20% profit..... Really base on my additional " feeling" , it is a shorties trap to me...Too good to be true.... Anyway, as long as you have trailing stop, you will sure to be safe... Gd night...

In any case, I already have trailing stop in place so it's a matter of making lesser profits if it gets triggered.
The current 10 mins bar is now retesting 1335.50 on the S& P500... next level of support is at 1320-1325 if this breaks and confirm on the next 10 mins bar.

We are still at the mid-point for the drop to complete intra-day.
Cover your shorts on Dow futures only when dollar starts to reverse, right now it's still trying to break thru' the next resistance level.

Tonight Dow surprisely triggle all my stop... making me lost back 10% of what I have gained from it.... Very interesting.... Anyway, I have reentered at 12670 as start again..... let see whether I can make back 5% tonight.... lol

Why so bearish..... Tonight DOW will be super green.... If you see a small spike fall yesterday and it rebound from it..... Indicate that DOW has done retracement to continue to rally..... Enjoy...
