You are your very own good news and bad news.

But if you want to trade, fine, but if you think buy value to long, wait a while first. if you have gone thro 2008, you know, when ,right?

as politician kick the can down the road, the can didn't disappear,in fact, it grow bigger, so after kicking and kicking.

now cannot kick anymore, because now the can grow so big that it got to roll over ten time around the world , so the day of reackoning have arrived.

cash is king, in this environment,

my take dollar to soar,

oil, gold and stock to collapse.

the problem with people is that they dont cut their losses short, they hold till more losses, and that is when cutting is no longer meaningful

cut losses fast, you will be glad, sell to strength.

for instance, if u go casino today and the frist hour you keep losing, do u carry on or do u get out and come back another day?

most ppl stay and fight, so they end up losing more, u must know that day , star is not with u, so it is more sensible to stop and come back another day to bet.

u know the saying, if u keep doin the same thing, u got the same result. Do something different, cut first , talk later, dont hope again hope, the mkt got further to drop.

those BBB are ready to attack Spain and Italy, they are weak now, ECB and IMF also cannot save them. even if they can, that is just for a while only, no longer term solution

remember 2008, always remember 2008., always remember 2008.

be realistic, dont self comfort that thing will be fine, hope authority can solve the problem.

but i see thing to blow up 2012. we still got some precious time left. hope so.

I dont know why invester base on credit rating that is behind the curve.

some major mkt player already have their own guy doing the job of rating and give these credit agency the miss.

very soon , all institution will follow, and all these credit agency have to downgrade themselve to " JUNK OF JUNK" ..lol

This news is expected by invester, but the US govt debt is still popular with invester.

i dont think mkt will react vigorously.

but Monday is still selling mode, cause Tuesday is a holiday.

this news is break over the wkend, that is why during crises, it is disadvantage to hold over the wkend.

I think come Monday will still see STI in sell mode. Reason being Tues is a holiday for us., but not Wall st.

and the fear is still strong. Use this weekend to ponder over the next step of action

, unfortunately , if anything happen on Tuesday, there is nothing we can do.

that is why today i clear all.

i hope nothing serious happen.

may all forumer here be well   and safe.

I am sorry, not 100k ..75k

  height of the crisis.

The Fed can't (and shouldn't) save the day

Concerns about a global slowdown remain at the forefront of investors' minds, as they await the July jobs report due later Friday morning.

Economists surveyed by CNNMoney are expecting the closely watched report to show that the U.S. economy created 75,000 jobs in July, marking a slight improvement over the  paltry 18,000 jobs added in June.

The unemployment rate is expected to hold steady at 9.2%.

World markets:  Global stocks tumbled Friday, following Wall Street's broad and painful sell-off the previous session.

In Europe, Britain's FTSE 100 (UKX) sank 2.3%, the DAX (DAX) in Germany fell 2.7%and France's CAC 40 (CAC40) slipped 1%.

Asian markets ended the session deep in the red. The Shanghai Composite (SHCOMP) lost 2.2%, the Hang Seng (HSI) in Hong Kong plunged 4.3% and Japan's Nikkei (N225) lost 3.7%.

The market mood is so sour, a bad jobs number really couldn't make it feel that much worse.

NYSE Trader

Traders have been bracing all week for another disappointing employment report, with hiring lower than the 75,000 jobs that economists expect were added in July.

The monthly employment report is the highlight Friday, when it is released at 8:30 a.m. It will land on stressed markets, heavily focused on the latest in the European debt drama and worried about the global economy. U.S. stocks suffered steep losses Thursday and  all major indices are in correction mode.

Economists expect the report to show the impact of government job cuts, and an increase of private sector hirings, close to the 114,000 level ADP reported in its survey earlier this week.

They also are watching for the  impact of corporate layoffs, which have been creeping up in recent weeks. Challenger Gray and Christmas reported the loss of 66,414 jobs in July, the highest number in 16 months.

Mesirow Financial Chief Economist Diane Swonk expects 50,000 jobs were added in total, when counting the loss of 25,000 public sector workers. Swonk said there are signs that manufacturing is picking up, but that the economy's soft patch has been worse than expected.

" We do know some of the job losses, particularly in manufacturing, were transitory, but the trajectory on growth is worrying. The cuts at the local (government) level are probably going to be a headwind, but they will abate in 2012 and when they abate, federal cutbacks will begin," she said.

Economists have been ratcheting down growth forecasts for the second half of the year, after a series of weaker than expected data.

" We're at stall speed. We have to have growth pick up . There are reasons I think it will pick up. Energy prices aren't as high as they were, and the things hit by the Japanese earth quakes should come back," she said.

The last two monthly jobs reports were very disappointing, showing flat growth. There were just 18,000 non farm payrolls in June, and 25,000 in May.
