CapitaLand rose 2.8% to S$3.73 as investors bought on unit CapitaMalls Asia's announcement on Friday that it plans to list its three Malaysia malls on Bursa Malaysia. CapitaMalls rose 1.4% to S$2.13. Smiley

This is for long term investment, so far it's bottomed out as I see it but won't cheong too much either at this time. When it reverse and break support, just exit and take profit.

it is better not to be involved until a rally from a lower point.

A good call must include when to sell...

   or to hold till when?

      hold till the bull is fierce?...

By the same token, tomorrow, another player may make a correct bear call...

But it is not until he completes the trade that makes it a good (or bad) call...  Smiley

Why everyone think will go down? I see it as downtrend has stopped for now, can see some divergence and trending up soon. Strength of sellers are getting weaker now (of course may reverse if all of you short it down!Smiley 23)  Today close high at $3.60, more confirmed if it can break $3.75.       And long at the sensible good probability bottoms...

x 1 		got chance dump this wan with profit better do so...that CapMallAsia-Msia listing has short term effect only....when China garment implement more eye-dropping policy to control the housing price there as e to direct/indirect effect of May export up by 48%...this burger will b back to sq.1 again :)  gd luck !! :P
