i've taken profit all at 19.5 cts.some time ago

now i no longer vested in tis, tis counter can't rally even in a strong market rebound such as recently

i'm now monitoring other counters that have better upside in a market rebound

dunno if they will give dividend, but they are cash rich and have given out before so i'm hoping they will continue. next earning result should be soon. previous q3 in 2nd week of nov so i estimate that they will result q4 results in 2nd week of feb before cny. i have a few hundred lots, not in the money but not far out also lah.

I think this counter may got alot of white knight..it business is solid, but becos of heavy borrowing, ,,i still think it wouldn't go down so easily..it still got hope..

also when was this philips' $1.15 price target for yingli dated?

phillips retain call for BUY with TP $1.15 know why its a ok buy?? because they put their money where their mouth is.They are confident enough to buy 19 percent on this counter. Dun forget this is their tang char one. we small flies sometimes must see where the big flies are flying too.

yup ten lot for a period of one year at least..till 2011 haha i am not going to let these shorters con me into selling. even during the sell down they are still calling for ying li to buy....even with the china tightening..because it has good growth value and they know the potential of this company. not an easy task now and i think for my piece of mind i should for the time being not go to any share website.....and not let these shorters influence me.

you are dead wrong lah.

that's becos they are shortists or they want to buy at lower prices hence they got vested interest..

so is it u have decided on yr option C, u intend to hold yr 10 lots for looong-term?

Everyone is suddenly very bearish on a stock that was touted as the next bright star on the SGX just a fortnight ago. On another note, I agree with Buffet when he said that investors should be happy when the market dips and not when it rises. It allows for solid investment in companies with strong fundamentals. TBH, this one caught me by surprise as I invested in it at 0.62, making a bet that it would not break the 0.61 private placement price. I was proven wrong of course. However, I'm waiting for it to stabilise its fall before going in again (I divide my investment into three tranches in case I need to ave down, learnt this technique from one of the posters here in March last year). Looking at it on the bright side, at 0.62, it it hits the target price of 1.2, that only a 100% gain. At 0.4, it's a 3 bagger. That's the way I'm looking at the mkt at the moment. Cheers.

Any further views on the likely opening price for this ipo?

BTW, me stagged off my 10 ipo lots for Sin Heng ipo just now.

Now I'm still very undecided whether wan apply this Hu Ann Cable ipo for a stag or not?

I saw this news abit too late . In fact , i Queue some of this share before the market open and the transaction actually goes thru. 

 Company secretary & CFO are same person.So only 1 person actually quit , not 2 .
