Nope it won't. the 20c boat has already left long ago.

This counter is a double edged sword. Px goes down will be both ways and not 1 way and for that to happen is super unlikely.

struggling on 50% fibonacci, it need a 50% jump in price to break even at the historical high of 0.45. which stk in sgx can perform that stunt? old trader remember the story of China Hongx??? let that be a lesson to those china stk players, such stk can play but once losses bb support cut lost n run.

Is a stock at $0.33 cheap if it was trading three weeks ago at $0.47? Many speculators probably think so. No doubt many will be wondering how much they could profit if price just went back to the previous level.
If you feel like jumping in to buy China Gaoxian, STOP! Although the stock is not exactly a falling knife, some caution is required to handle price corrections such as this. Let’s look at the facts.

Price looks like a falling knife because there was a big price drop accompanied by high volume.
However it is still part of an uptrend since it is above the 200-day moving average and we can see no obvious bearish reversal pattern.

The two observations above contradict. What should we do?

From October 2010 to January 2011, the counter went through a steep rally that saw price more than double. In such a situation, a steep correction is probably justified. In technical analysis, there is a rule that says that steep rallies are not sustainable because short term bulls earned a lot of money in a short time and therefore are prone to profit taking. As price comes down, those who bought high add to selling pressure when they cut losses. Lastly, bears who know this rule are naturally emboldened to short sell because they expect correction to take place.

What is important is not to commit too quickly. Afterall cheap can get cheaper. We want to find a place where the selling ends and we can buy a safe rebound.

As long as price finds support at or above the 200-day moving average, long term bulls are likely to agree that the uptrend in price is intact. Wait for price to come to this moving average or any support above that before committing. Long term bulls could also wait for price to make sideways consolidation. Such consolidations can form good bases for subsequent rallies to come. When you buy at a good base, you can probably sleep better at night.

One point to note though: if prices go down past the 200-day moving average non-stop with high volume, a re-evaluation might be necessary.

I would have hit home more profits if my queue buy at 30c yesterday was eaten.. but guess it wasn't meant to be mine at that px.

note* 30c is seriously dirt cheap for any investors looking at solid returns in long run.

The change is already reflected and PE stands at 4.31x.

Have already loaded yesterday at yesterday's closing of 32c.. Looking at upwards chiong to 35c. KDR px now at 5700 won.. >10% improvement from yesterday's closing.

I don't know who actually believed those here who suggested keep cutting losses? (played into the hands of "kateks")

Just in one day I see 5 different people from all over other threads come here and offer their "advice" on Tuesday (25th Jan) itself.. What does this tell you? Figure out for yourselves. Learn to trade on your own. Always store bullets for times like these.

Shares in Korea are equal to 20 Singapore CGX's. When they calculate the PE, they forgot this. Hence PE 80, if you divide by 20 equals 4. But question is why CGX management did not spot this earlier ?

Anyway, played right into the hands of shortsellers. Now that the info is known, shorters have become longers...

Who cares about betting becoming interesting? You can have all the little THRILLS you want :)

People here don't mind having all the predictions right and make all the money cause "money always not enough".

Technically speaking, it will have a short technical rebound either tomorrow or friday.

I will do btm picking and nibble some ..

Shorting is risky now.. cause BBs will not let their money go down the drain when the blood letting was so much already.

You can already see selling pressure is exhausting.

However, this is just my opinion. As I mentioned before, you need to keep some bullets for times like these ^^
