Still holding on to this counter ah? I throw all few weeks ago when i saw that it never really went anywhere. didn t make or lose.. just pay brokerage.

Based on past record the dividend might declare within March or early April.

If they have declared dividend then the delisting have no chance because China Base company won't be so nice.

They will not give you dividend plus give high offer to buy back your share.

somemore the biggest shareholder is holding 52%++ shares in market.

I think this is just reporter got no story invent news. On the other hand, looking at this counter, if dividend to be paid is same as last year's, that's 4% return based on yesterday's price. Owners must be scratching their heads and wondering why they are wasting their time here under SGX. TDR and SGX value a world apart. Obviously, relisting elsewhere would immediately unlock value for shareholders.

Whatever is the case, 4% dividend is safe bet for me. Don't care about current price. May go up or may go down. Am vested

the problem now is your friends and others are stuck in this cause you all never had a stop-loss. Would you be stuck if you had a stop-loss or target price for profit?

e.g. you buy at 40c, price falls to 36c, reaches loss of 10% and more, CUT!

vice versa if you wan to make profit, 40c buy.. price goes up to 44c, CUT! ..

BUT, people always succumb to temptation. GREED!

Probably not to 0.20 but depends on how many suckers they (BBs) can get to buy in at prices now too. Most likely won't go anywhere from here until the recent blood bath has been forgotten.

Having said that, I remember that XinRen also went from 0.63 first day of listing all the way down to 0.365 in about 2 weeks but has since return to around 0.495 a month or so later. So, anything is possible when the BB's play the stocks. Just ask yourself. Are you able to tell for sure what the BB's are doing ? If not, stay out and stick to investing based on fundamentals of the company you are buying.
