CIMB in a June 14 research report says: " YNH's contract wins had picked up strongly in 2Q11, with the group securing more than $190 million worth of contracts or 40% of our target for this year. " Coupled with profit margins which had been sustained over the four quarters of 2010 (with a positive surprise in 1Q11), we believe YNH is on track to meet our FY2011 earnings target. No change to our EPS estimates or target price of 40 cents, still based on 8x CY12 P/E, a 20% discount to its mid-cycle multiples. " We also like YNH's undemanding valuations against peers, at 5.2x CY12 P/E vs. the peer average of 7.6x. We expect stock catalysts from contract wins for projects such as the MRT Downtown Line and structural steelwork projects in the Middle East. MAINTAIN OUTPERFORM." |

DBS Vickers Securities in a May 20 research report says: " Yongnam Holdings announced that it has secured another structural steel contract worth $50 million for the restoration works to the former Supreme Court building and the former City Hall building. " This is the fourth contract announced by Yongnam YTD, and comes close on the heels of the Singapore Sports Hub contract worth $75 million secured earlier this month. With this contract, we estimate new order wins YTD in FY2011 should add up to approximately $200 million, including unannounced contracts. " This translates to more than 50% of our full-year order win projections of around $370 million, and should enhance Yongnam's current orderbook to over $500 million. Target price of 38 cents. MAINTAIN BUY." |

Yongnam Holdings a has been upgraded to a Strong Buy with a 2012 price target of SGD 0.87c set by Shayne Heffernan. Yongnam Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company is engaged in providing engineering and construction services. The business areas include structural steelworks, specialist civil engineering and mechanical engineering. It operates in Singapore, Middle East and Malaysia. Yongnam Holdings Limited announced that it has been awarded a contract for the MRT North-South Line Extension valued at SGD23.5 million. The Contract is part of the C156 contract package. The North-South Line that ends at the Marina Bay station will be extended 1km southwards to serve the upcoming developments in the southern Marina Bay area, including the upcoming International Cruise Terminal in Marina South. Yongnam Holdings Limited will support the main contractor, Samsung C& T Corporation, in the supply, installation and removal of steel struts and walers covering one station and approximately 1km of cut and cover tunnel. Work on the contract is expected to start in April 2011 and to be completed in September 2013. |

SIA confirm with channel newasia that it is not increasing it shares in TigerAir. So the rumour that SIA buying more TigerAir share is not true. Tomorrow may drop more that $0.20 to below $1.00 again. So better take profit if possible. Good luck |
