Hello just sharing our views about Euro Zone Crisis.

Nowadays people has been discussing about turning ECB into the last  debt buyer to drive the yields rate down. We recently discovered the truth....

1) Germany funding in the ECB are around 30%.
2) Germany bunds are consider safe haven therefore the yields are low around 2%.
3) ECB buy the debt states @ a yield of 6% or so.  Which means the german are making 4% interest and might not be  from their own money.
4) If you really thought about it in fact the ECB are already the last buyer of  european debt just not officially.
5) With the Fiscal Union agreed  by the Italy and  France. Germany will be happy to  fund ECB and buy more debt off them because they can  review their budgets. Germany has almost become the ultimate ruler in Europe !
6) Germany will never allow Euro to collaspe as they need EURO so much.

Currently market is selling almost everyday. Everyday many reports will be out asking u to sell the big bear is coming. All the negative headlines making terrible sentiments but when you are selling in the market and you will find out the buyers turn out to be fund houses.

If you imagine the market is like a spring being compressed everyday without releasing its pressure... it will definately have a rebound coming. I am pretty sure A solid rebound will come next week if rebound didnt materialised today.

OK thats it for me. We are going to temple now. Good Luck.  We have set auto buy for  certain counters :) Lets see if  they were to sell  down :)

The Bears and the Bulls are fighting everyday.

However the bears and the bull is not always the same grp of people. Sometimes the Bear will setup a bear trap push up the Stock and Drain the Bull resources and dump it to them.

However yesteday's closing US stock did an amazing recovering during the last 15 mins of trade. The last Buy up volume was amazing more than 80 million...... One of the highest in a month. I believe US market to flat or minor green for tonight The big rally will be wednesday or Thursday :) NExt Week is Game Over  -

Many Shorters are not convinced and have not covered back their shorts. If BB do a nasty push today... all shorters will pay a painful price.

The rally last night was mainly on speculation due to news that La Stampa printed. And the IMF has already denied those reports.

The Dow will correct again tonight.

We are bullish on Oil futures we see this range as an attractive price to buy. We maintain our view that  CPO will peak in Jan 2012. We are currently looking at this counters.

1) GoldenAgri - largest palm oil plantation is increasing its output.
2) Olam - A sure grab counter.
3) Sakarai - ASP price of coal are stabilizing and production output has increase.
4) STXOSV - we are reviewing this baby and might turn to buyers.
5) Wilmar - EPS are expected to surge in coming quarter and might turn to buyers.

Good Luck

We have covered Shorts from yesterday. We see market are due for a pretty solid rebound soon maybe later this week or next week we are not sure. Shorting at this level is not attractive.

Sakari is a gem some BB are currently accumulating. We will buy more once it goes below $1.85 and when the time is ripe it will fly high :P

China flash PMI is @ 48 showing a slow down in its manufacturing. We expect the actually PMI to be around 48.5-49.7 a slight better than the HSBC flash PMI.
what does that mean ? China is gonna loosen its monetary policy... As we know China is better in managing its economy policy than the western counter part. Just yesterday report shows that China rural banks RRR has been reduced.

Looking at goldenagri :) its awesome - I believe theres more upside for GoldenAgri and Olam .... As we expect demand spike for festive seasons are happening right now.

Good Luck Trade with care.
