Nothing wrong with this strategy... Money in pocket is real... Maybe can just find the re-entry when the momentum is still strong... or even the other direction... Just my feeling again... Smiley

If the market is in a downtrend, no amount of good analysis will be able to reverse the trend...

Because if a downtrend is underway, even the best analysts themselves will be scared to buy...

    In other words, fear can be their greatest saviour...

Property price continute to go down?  The new condo prices are increasing and damn hard to get at the good old price say around $700 psf, (99 lease ) , now those near mrt are priced at $1100-1200 eg. Dakota.
