Offer shall be subject to offeror having received, by closing Date, acceptances will hav to carry more than 50% of the voting rights - which mean n since offeror is holding to 44.1% as of this offer date, so if they 1 2. 

they will have to buy those remain balancing shares to tip the scale above 50%..???. am i right to said..?. thks
