Samsonite, you are one crazy forumer that I have come across lately. Where did I mention can do pre-voting via proxy form? I also don't know and is exploring options and enquirying. It is really my bad luck to have you keeps barking at me for nothing. Keeps getting the nonsense idea that I am a troll LW. Must I take a photo of my exit letter and proxy form to show I am another retailer who kana the stupid Synear? lol

By the way, there is the CDP or the boardroom office to enquire. Samsonite is not able to vote on the exact day as he would be overseas so he is kan jiong and keeps thinking of conspiracy theory. craps. really my bad luck...

Don't listen to happyinvest. about pre-voting via proxy form. Do not
know why he is trying to misdirect others to do wrong thing? There is no
such thing as pre-voting else why need proxy at all? Then all don't
need attend liao lor just pre submit vote? Now he got this fantastic idea of getting Chairman to vote for him? His own money he treat so frivolously and want others to do for him? How to say not a troll for LW leh?
What I can conclude from the option to tick in the proxy
form is just a counter check in the event of a dispute when a greenhorn
proxy first time voting might be misdirected to vote wrongly by some
vested people during SGM. Thus the best is still to attend SGM personally if you are not seriously immobilized. This is your
money so your own responsibility. If you are too complacent and let a
proxy who is very free to do the job, the proxy if he/she is not vested
might go late or lost his way but not concerned that much as it is not
his/her money. Thus the proxy is just a last resort in case you are definitely tied
down (example seriously not feeling well) at the last minute.
As said, anything still not fully convinced personally, always call up CDP hotline
below or go there personally to CDP office at SGX centre level 2 shenton
way. They are obligated to provide clarity. I have called CDP and even
check at their office regarding other shares matter in the past too. If
you really feel anxiety then another way is to form a self help group
of fellow investors in synear who have the same
aspiration as you to meetup one weekend  to collect all doubts then one or 2 in the group
consolidate the list of questions to go double check with CDP during
office lunch break perhaps. Can even buddy up to meetup up at Expo on
SGM day 1 hour early in the morning to drink coffee then maybe share a
cab to the venue etc. Or back one another up as proxy in unfortunate
event one in the group seriously can't attend on the day itself. As
stated in the form even after you appoint a proxy, you still can choose
to attend personally so the proxy is a backup option. Macham like army
buddy system if you can call it that way.

Somsonite have given advice which  can submit but have to fill up the proxy form. As you said, you going during lunch time. May be after you successful submit the form, you can advice what to fill up the II (a) and do they need to verify for section V.
To me, definately vote AGAINST |

I also don't know what to fill in for II(a). Hopefully no need to fill in II(a) and the chairman of the meeting will vote on my behalf.

It is definitely in our interest to vote against.

You are right, but how to vote against delisting, is it must present personally at general meeting on 2nd Sep. The proxy form seem no use as you must have know someone who own the share and he/ she is going to vote.
If delisting can't go through, chances of recover will be long as everyone already no confident unless good reults & pay good dividend in future.

After reading through the below information, I get to know that I can vote against by submitting at SLT. Now filling up the form and going to the office during lunch hours.

Those who accuse me don't have to apologize but please don't anyhow flame people without confirming. This will make your words in the online forum more credible. Thanks

Can I mail the form to them?
samsonite ( Date: 16-Aug-2013 10:24) Posted:
Sorry I meant the depository office of proxy form at #32-00 Singapore Land Tower at 50 Raffles Place. Back Page of Depositor Proxy Form Part V (2). You can tick against delisting on the form, fill up your proxy representative name and submit at least 48 hours before SGM at #32-00 in case you worry you can't make it. But you can still attend and vote even after the form is submitted as stated on the form.
The voting on the SGM is on delisting NOT exit offer. You have to 18 of Sept to decide on exit offer which is 2 weeks after SGM. It is definitely more favorable to decide after out come of SGM as accept exit offer before SGM then you can't take back anymore.
LW clearly has no total confident that is why he chose a more expensive but remote location of laguna golf club to try to hinder and dissuade older shareholders from attending. But laguna is only 2km from from S'pore Expo MRT. Nearest bus stop to the laguna golf club is 600m away too , served by bus number 35 as below:

It is really LOL that you said I focus on Synear. Do a thorough check before you make that claim. I think it is rather you that you are now focusing on Synear that you see me posting on a couple of forums and jump to conclusion that I focus only on Synear. The first time got accuses for nothing.   Really LOL
samsonite ( Date: 16-Aug-2013 14:55) Posted:
From what I understand in the depositor proxy form, can be anyone filled into II.(a) of the form just like all AGM since no condition put on who that person should be. You can also confirm this with  CDP main enquiry line (65) 6535 7511.
Yup, this happyinvestor seem focus only on synear and he created same id in many stock forums asking who investing in synear. He already posted this question in cna mkt talk and got same answer yet he asked again here? Can't help but raise question is his intention to stir unwarranted fear? Not saying anything but look at LW tactic so far, all devious and exploiting those senior citizens ignorant or weak heart and feet so not beneath LW to send trolls onto the web to frighten people. Like totally lack of any conscious this LW, that is why I feel the need to speak up.

The old CNA forum is gone and I don't have reference to it anymore! Very curious how you can jump to conclusion like that.

Walan, you LW lackey is it? You asked the same fake question to frighten people  in the old cna mrk talk forum already haven't you? You already know SGM is 4 Sept to vote. But the closing date of exit offer is 18 Sep. Meaning you can vote against delisting on 4 Sept. In the case of Motion pass for delisting you can still accept exit offer after 4 Sep regardless of how you vote before dateline of 18 Sept. You been told yet you keep asking? Curious are you LW subordinate or you being paid by LW?

Don't be a crap! I also kana this stupid Synear but I am not sure if I can go for the voting. I am rather pessimistic of the outcome, so with the worst case scenarios, I am thinking to sell through online platform or just fill up the exit offer form. Don't know where you get the idea that I am a troll + croney? Is my question not valid?

Will there be a commission chargues or additional charges if accept the exit offer? Was thinking what's the diff if sell through online platform.

1. Would like to clarify on the difference between delisting and exit offer.
Please correct if i'm wrong.

Delisting offer = whether you want to accept delisting on 4th sept
Exit offer = if delisting is accepted at $0.186, whether you want to accept the delisting price. If u do not accept, the stock will be delisted and it might pose difficulty to sell in the future.

2. I will be overseas on 4th Sept. the instructions given by some forumners below still look confusing. How do i reject?

Given experience in Ezion should let Ah Chew to fast forward the 4years to 2-3 years? When the stock moves and you see good profits, take and go. In the meantime, YHM should sideway for a while more. hehe...

Let us be patient and wait for Uncle Chew to transform this into another Ezion. He has done it for Ezion. This should be easy for him to make YHM big too.
Ezion grew from a 10c stock to a $2.27 stock today over a period of 4 years.  $50,000 invested into Ezion 4 years ago is now worth $1.135m.
